How do I return a piece?
All returns must be pre-authorized. All items returned without our authorization or requested after 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
There is a 14-day money back guarantee and we require that all returns be packed exactly as they were received.
If the items are returned damaged due to poor/improper packing, no credit will be issued.
Any item of $500 or more returned with no issue (such as damage, defects or shipped in error) will incur a $25 restocking fee.

In order to receive a refund:
Merchandises(eg. watches, clothes, packaged goods) must be returned, undamaged, in original carton and packaging, and securely sealed.
The shipping carton must be returned to address provided and include original packing slip or documentation that describes your reason for return. This will assist our Customer Service Center in processing your return more quickly.
Item must be returned with any Certificate of Authenticity or documentation originally included.
We ask your return item to be packed carefully. All merchandise is considered to belong to you until we receive it back in satisfactory condition.
For your own protection, we suggest that you insure your package and request a confirmation of delivery or tracking number from the shipper.
