How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Ground Shipping on all US orders over $21. When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase.
For posters /prints/books/merchandise, shipping costs are as follows:

Does Art Wise ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, in your shopping cart, under “Summary”, please select “Check Out with Multiple Addresses”.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Posters and art prints are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in corrugated kraft tubes.
Framed items are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.
Books and objects are wrapped in heavy packing paper before being boxed.
Can pieces be sent as gifts?
Yes, on the order form there is a section where you can indicate if the purchase is a gift and attach your gift message(optional).
When can I expect my package to arrive?
- Delivery times depend on where the item is being shipped and the shipping method chosen.
- USA: 3 – 10 business days; Outside the USA: 5 – 15 business days.
ArtWise dispatches all orders from our distribution center in Brooklyn, NY, USA. Orders placed on US public holidays will not be processed until the following business day. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed and dispatched on the following business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
- All orders are in US Dollars (USD) and thus processed in USD.
- International deliveries cannot be delivered to post office boxes.
- When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Art Wise will not accept any responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or any other associated processes.
- ArtWise cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
How can I track my order?
- As soon as your art ships, you’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by a courier email with a link indicating where you can track your shipment
- If you have an account with ArtWise, you can also find tracking information by logging into your account.
How do I return a piece?
- All returns must be pre-authorized. All items returned without our authorization or requested after 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- There is a 14-day money-back guarantee and we require that all returns be packed exactly as they were received.
- If the items are returned damaged due to poor/improper packing, no credit will be issued.
- Any item of $500 or more returned with no issue (such as damage, defects or shipped in error) will incur a $25 restocking fee.
- In order to return an eligible item, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 800. 378.8899 within 14 days of receiving an order.
In order to receive a refund:
- Merchandises(eg. watches, clothes, packaged goods) must be returned, undamaged, in original carton and packaging, and securely sealed.
- The shipping carton must be returned to address provided and include original packing slip or documentation that describes your reason for return. This will assist our Customer Service Center in processing your return more quickly.
- Item must be returned with any Certificate of Authenticity or documentation originally included.
- We ask your return item to be packed carefully. All merchandise is considered to belong to you until we receive it back in satisfactory condition.
- For your own protection, we suggest that you insure your package and request a confirmation of delivery or tracking number from the shipper.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
- Orders can be amended or canceled if they haven’t been shipped yet.

How accurate are the images and item dimensions online?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 14 days for a refund.

Yes, all rareposters.com gift codes have been migrated to artwiseonline.com following the merge in July 2016. We welcome all previous gift certificate orders.
