**First and Foremost -  we offer drop shipping**
artwiseonline.com currently offers UPS shipping solutions, and can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping is $15.00 for unframed items artwiseonline.com in the Continental United States, and a flat charge of $53.00  is accessed for international orders. Framed Items have a package and handling charge built in. Delivery time averages 3 to 10 business days for ground delivery once your order is placed. Please allow some time to process and assemble your order before it is actually shipped, and note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Choosing express delivery method for example does not necessarily mean your order will be delivered a the day after you place your order.

Please keep in mind that the shipping rates for the framed items we sell are dimension-based, and calculated accordingly.


In the case that an Item you ordered as part of a larger order is temporarily out of stock, it doesn't have to hold up the entire order! Just include in the special instructions portion of the order form that that you would to have your items ship as they become available, or call our Customer Support center with your order number, or via email to sales@artwiseonline.com. We'd be glad to help. You'll be charged a per-shipment fee for each shipment, but you'll get some or all of your items earlier than you would have, and we will make every attempt to save you money by consolidating items where it makes sense to do so

Returns & Replacements

In The Event That You Receive An Item From Us That Has Been Damaged in Shipment, the best thing to do is refuse the shipment. In the event that you accept the package and discover the damage afterwards, please call us at 718-788-0791 so we can issue a claim.

You can return the item to us for a replacement with-in 5 days of time of receipt of item. Again, To Obtain A Replacement, Call or E-Mail Us & Let Us Know What The Problem Is. We Will Work With You In Any Way Possible To Resolve The Problem. If It Is Necessary, We Will Replace Your Item.


RETURNED ITEMS

The Item Must Be Packaged So As To Reduce The Likelihood Of Damage During Shipping And May Not Be Physically Damage In Any Way Other Than Noted In Initial Complaint. You Must Insure The Article With The Total Amount As Indicated On Your Original Invoice.

We adhere to the following refund policy:

No goods may be returned without prior authorization.
No refunds-Exchanges.  Store credit only.
There is a 20% restocking fee for authorized return and 50% fee for unauthorized returns.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return, we are happy to work with you to make the returns process as smooth as possible.

To pay by check or Money Order- U.S. banks and payable in U.S. dollars only:

1. Place your order on-line and select the offline option.
2. After you've completed your order, print 2 copies of the Order Form — 1 copy for your records and 1 copy to be mailed with your check or money order.

4. Write your Order # on the check or money order and enclose it with a copy of the Mail Order Form.
