Art Wise was founded in 1989 by Bernard Rougerie in New York. His vision at the time and still today was to offer high quality art from worldwide sources he had met over the years and offer these at affordable prices. Mr. Rougerie was looking to fill the void between very expensive art that only a few could afford with art choices that more people could enjoy at the right price. That vision over the last 20 years has never changed. Mr. Rougerie hand-picks each item in the collection.
